Arbhasoft follows the “Train the Trainer” approach for imparting training on the functional and technical areas of the implemented solution. Arbhasoft team shall impart training to the CLIENT identified core users (key users) who shall serve as trainers for the CLIENT team in absence of Arbha. Arbha’s approach to training is illustrated in the below figure:

Training sign offs obtained for documentation, before transports are initiated into production. Arbhasoft team provides the necessary training documentation for all levels of training mentioned below.

Considering the CLIENT’s requirements, Training team will be classified as 4 levels:
  • Senior Executives on recommendations / approvals, querying and report functionality.
  • Users for transaction processing, acceptability and comfort of working.
  • User Champions for training and handholding of end users.
  • IS Officials on system administration, maintenance and trouble shooting.
The scope of the Training includes the following levels of training:

Level 1: This training provides an overview of the SAP S/4 HANA and given during the start of Business Blue Print Phase.

Level 2: This training provides details of business processes specific to CLIENT scenarios. The courses would cover the functional areas SAP Finance and Controlling, MM, PP, PS, PM, QM, HCM & SD. They concentrate on business processes implemented and on the integration with other modules. The courses are designed for keeping in consideration of the roles & responsibilities of CLIENT team. This training will be imparted as part of Final Preparation Phase.

Level 3: End user Training will be imparted as part of final preparation phase. In this training, the core team members from CLIENT will train the end users in the presence of Arbhasoft team as Arbhasoft adopts “Train the Trainer” approach. Regular refresher courses/ trainings need to be conducted by CLIENT trainers/ Arbhasoft team at regular intervals, after the system goes live, to reinforce the learning.

Level 4: This training will be imparted to CLIENT IT staff. In this training, the courses would focus on Solution Manager and BASIS (Official system administration, maintenance and troubleshooting).
